If you buy pixels, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
1. The minimum purchase is 100$ (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever is available.
2. When you 'buy' pixels you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for.
3. You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the homepage, which will be there for at least 3 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
4. If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund.
5. The site and homepage will be online for at least 3 years, starting from 15th march 2008.
6. No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we will decide what is appropriate for our site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels.
7. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
8. If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again.
9. Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.
10. Images must NOT be animated.
11. Links must be to homepages only.
12. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
13. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage.
14. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but we'll try and keep these to a minimum.
15. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in our PayPal or bank account), we will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48hrs.

If you choose a free logo promotion, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
1. You have no guarantee for a free logo.
2. We obligate ourselves to create a logo in maximum 24 hours from the order hour (from the registration of the payment).
3. We will try to create as much as a professional logo, however we are not obligated to remake it in case you do not like it (in accordance to your requests).
4. We will provide your logo in PSD support and you can use it with no restriction, we cede you all rights upon it.
5. We can use your logo only in the portfolio, only one time in order to prove our skills.
6. Your logo will be displayed on the index with the link you have introduced, immediately after its creation.

If you choose a free site promotion, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
1. You have no guarantee for a free site.
2. We obligate ourselves to create a site in maximum 7 days from the confirmation of the payment.
3. We are not obligated to make the site, until we will receive the form to be filled in.
4. We are not obligated to remake the site in case you do not like it, or to make subsequent modifications.
5. We will provide the source code and the database only on your request.
6. We take the freedom to use the appropriate techniques for your site without taking into account your opinion.
7. We cede to you all rights on the site and you can use it as you wish with no restriction however we are not responsible for the content you subsequently post on the site.
8. We obligate ourselves to publish the site on a field you choose and to promote it for you on the main search engines.
9. The site will be hosted on our servers for free for 1 year, afterwards you can choose the extension of the hosting period for the amount of 100$ per year.
10. We reserve the right to refuse the request on the site by giving you the money back.
11. We are not dealing with the administration of your site.
12. Free maintenance for 1 year.
